Submit a lead

Posts a contact-form inquiry. The tenant is resolved from the subdomain; the API key must authorize that tenant.

company, subject, form_type - optional
utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, referrer, source_page - optional tracking

Submissions land in the tenant's contacts/CRM and trigger a notification email to the tenant. View them in the Website hub under Contacts.
